Green shoots are appearing as recruiters embrace recruitment software solutions, according to Colleague Software.

The recruitment software provider says that from June 2008 to June 2009, it saw the number of licences provided to existing recruitment industry clients drop by 25%, but from June to July 2009, it recorded a monthly increase in user numbers of 6%, marking the first positive change following 12 months of decline.
