Welfare to work agency Reed in Partnership has been awarded a 24-month contract in Poland, the agency’s first contract win in Europe.

Welfare to work agency Reed in Partnership has been awarded a 24-month contract in Poland, the agency’s first contract win in Europe.

The company has been selected by the Polish government to deliver welfare to work services in three areas across the country, in the areas of Katowice, Chorzow and Czestochova.

Reed in Partnership also has a strong presence in the Australian market, with seven offices helping to provide support to unemployed customers. This is part of the Job Services Australia contract which went operational at the beginning of July.

Chris Melvin, chief executive, Reed in Partnership, says: “We are delighted to be expanding our international capabilities into the Polish market, where we will bring innovative new employment provision to hard-to-reach groups that need our support.

“I am confident that with our understanding of the needs of employers and our personalised approach to supporting customers, we will help a significant number of people move into sustainable employment.”
