reed.co.uk launches '£50k+' channel

Job board reed.co.uk has launched a new ’£50k+’ channel to match jobseekers to highly paid roles.

Job board reed.co.uk has launched a new ’£50k+’ channel to match jobseekers to highly paid roles.

The new section contains more than 8,500 permanent, contract and interim roles across 36 industry sectors, all paying a minimum of £50,000 a year.

All jobs advertised on reed.co.uk with an annual salary of £50,000 or more will now be automatically listed within the new £50k+ area.

Reed.co.uk managing director Martin Warnes told Recruiter: “The strategy of this is around improving the customer experience of our current users. The work and research we have had with our customers in the past six months has indicated a growing senior audience on reed.co.uk.

“In terms of numbers of jobseekers in the over £50k bracket this is now over 130,000 and there has been some increase on that. The feedback we have had for this audience is to make the executive content easier to access and give it a discreet place within the website.

“We also speak with our recruiters about their challenges and finding a good senior staff in today’s supposedly candidate rich market remains a challenge.

“Improving the quality of candidates we send through to those recruiters to make a better match and make more placements is also a big factor in this as well. Ultimately our strategy is to provide a better candidate experience, better content and better quality and a better match for our recruiters.”
