Resosurcers can exercise more influence over the business by becoming “order makers” rather than “order takers” according to Sharon Kardam, director European recruitment at Vistaprint.
Kardam told delegates at last week’s Smart Resourcing 2010 conference at London’s Millennium Mayfair: “Move from order takers to order makers. We know what the shape of the business is going to be so we can tell the business what it is going to need. That’s my Utopia.”
