Resourcers should use a ‘buddy system’ to better integrate new staff, according to Sarah Langton, recruitment manager at law firm Clifford Chance.

Langton told delegates at Recruiter’s inaugural Smart Resourcing 2010 event at London’s Millennium Mayfair Hotel last week how Clifford Chance uses a ‘buddy system’ to improve induction of new recruits.
