Faces recruitment & consultancy opened its doors this week, led by Steve Walters, who previously operated a retail recruitment franchise under the multi-sector Blue Monday banner.

The firm will recruit retail professionals at all levels, from the shop floor up to senior management.

Walters, managing director at Faces recruitment & consultancy, told Recruiter that the firm will place its emphasis directly on the retail market.

“I have always been passionate about retail. This is a pure retail business supporting the retail market across all disciplines.

“I am a strong believer that in a difficult market you can make things work. There is always an upside to a downside. Businesses that are focused will do well and will make their niche work for them.

“Everybody associated with our business are retailers first and consultants second. We are bespoke so we can tailor our service to the client.”
