Business and technology staffing company ReThink Recruitment has announced that they are doubling the number of trainees they will recruit next year to 20.

ReThink’s academy programme lasts six months at no costs to trainees involved.

Michael Bennett, director at ReThink, says: “Our first trainee academy programme, which we launched last year, attracted over 1,500 applications. After the programme, we hired 10 of the trainees and are looking forward to doubling the number of recruits to 20 next year.”
