Third sector recruiter Rise Group has introduced a one-day shortlist.

The shortlist aims to cut charities’ costs and is open to registered fund-raising charities which need to fill vacancies quickly.

Rise team recruiters guarantee a shortlist of four candidates within one day and arrange interviews within a week.

Adam Gordon, director, says: “Rise teams assess 20,000 candidates and place 4,500 a year and we are crucially aware of the third sector’s needs and expectations.

“With reduced discretionary spending adversely affecting charitable giving across the UK, many charities are keen to seek best value and the one-day shortlist is a practical, efficient and cost-effective avenue for them.”
