Search and selection consultancy, The Recruitment Management Group, have launched an HR consultancy.

The consultancy can act as a partner to in-house HR departments or can carry out all the functions of an HR department. It will provide services including executive and senior management coaching, leadership and team development, competency frameworks and performance management systems.

Jill Evans has joined the Cheshire-based team to head up the HR service.
