RPO group looks to lead by example

The Human Resources Outsourcing Association, which co-ordinates the RPO Alliance Special Interest Group, plans to become a global leader in supporting professionals in the sector, Recruiter learns.

A spokesperson for the association tells Recruiter: “The HROA is a global association dedicated to becoming the single recognized community for improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the processes involved in supporting and enabling the outsourcing of HR services, including but not limited to learning, recruitment, and other HR processes.”

The Special Interest Group, established in 2006, has recently published a report ‘Are you ready for RPO?’ in colaboration with Alexander Mann Solutions advising recruiters considering implementing RPO. These include engaging with all units of the business, and looking beyond the bottom line.
