Robson Taylor has found that candidates’ average length of tenure in previous employment is three years. 

The research found that 55% of candidates have been with their current employer for two years or more, 40% have been with them for three years or more and 23% for five years or more.

It found that 19% of candidates had been with their last employer for less than a year - many were looking to move because their employee mis-sold the job to them.
