Scotland is the most popular destination in the UK for international jobseekers, according to a new survey from Scottish Enterprise TalentScotland.

The survey of 1,600 respondents from the US, Africa, the European Union and Asia, found 58% chose Scotland, while 37% opted for England, 4% Ireland and just 1% Wales.

When considering a career change and relocation, 89% respondents saw job satisfaction as the most important factor, while 84% opted for salary and 83% work/life balance.
