Scotland’s investment industry trade body Scottish Investment Operations (SIO) is re-launching its ‘Introduction to Investment Operations’ course. 

The seven-day course takes place in two intakes in June and September in Edinburgh and Glasgow, giving delegates a broad understanding of the investment operations business to improve their job chances.

Jobseekers interested in jobs in Scotland’s investment sector can win one of the 40 free places, worth £900 each, which gives access to recruitment specialist agencies. The course also offers informal networking and social activities, while performance is monitored through a  formal end of course assessment and a fantasy share trading competition.
