Professional services recruiter SEC Recruitment is running an assessment day to find four new recruits for its apprenticeship academy on 11 May.
The assessment day will focus on competency areas including communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task.
Cathy Jarrett-Jones, talent acquisition manager for SEC, says: “Unlike the television series we won’t be firing people as we go along, but group chief executive, Stuart Britton, will be present to conduct a boardroom-style interview at the end of the day.”
Britton says: “I’m looking forward to welcoming four new recruits to our organisation. Since we launched our apprenticeship programme in January 2010, we have trained 12 apprentices and seven have graduated to full recruitment consultant status, finding jobs for more than 50 IT, business intelligence and analytics professionals in the last year.”
SEC adds it is also looking for experienced consultants for its European pharmaceutical and technology recruitment businesses.
