Senior appointments at Morgan Hunt
Public sector recruiter Morgan Hunt has announced a number of senior appointments.
Terry Benson and Richard Corfield join the group’s board as non-executive directors.
Public sector recruiter Morgan Hunt has announced a number of senior appointments.
Terry Benson and Richard Corfield join the group’s board as non-executive directors.
Benson was chief executive of Michael Page from 1990 to 2006, growing its market capitalisation of £50m to over £500m to become the second largest recruitment business in the UK.
Corfield has worked for 30 years in the insurance sector. A former board director of Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Corfield also acquired RK Harrison, which he built up and his stake in which he has recently sold.
James Stephenson is the new director of technical. He is a former Eden Brown sales director.
Paddy Burtt joins as a director. He spent 15 years with Badenoch and Clark, and will launch a division focusing on private sector finance and accounting.
Jason Armes joins in Dubai as a director, where he will be general manager. He worked for Hays for 12 years, and is a former managing director for the Arabian Gulf Region for Hays since 2005.
Simon Jennings joins as an associate director from Eden Brown where he was regional director. He will take charge of running regional offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle.
Jessica Myers joins as HR director. She has 20 years’ experience in senior HR and training roles, and worked for a number of years as head of HR at Crone Corkhill, a leading recruitment business.
Gavin Megnauth joins as director, IT and operations. He has 20 years’ experience in senior IT and operational positions at British Airways, Randstad and the Shaw Trust.
Mark Robins joins as an Associate Director to run the public sector finance team. He has 10 years’ experience at Michael Page and Marks Sattin.
