Insolvency practitioner SFP has overseen the sale of London-based Target Appointments after the firm went into administration, saving six jobs.

Target Appointments operated within the office, retail, horticulture, manual and accountancy recruitment markets and had an annual turnover of about £900,000.

Having accrued debts of around £300,000 owed to HMRC and additional debts to trade creditors, SFP’s Daniel and Simon Plant were appointed as joint administrators on 5 August 2011 with the sale completing three days later.
