Talent assessment solutions firm SHL has appointed Peter Humphreys as vice-president sales, UK & Ireland.

Humphreys, who joined SHL in 2003, will manage a team of 40.

As head of the account director team, he managed SHL’s key strategic global accounts, building long-term customer relationships prior to his promotion to VP sales, UK and Ireland.  Humphreys began his career as national account manager at skills training firm Achieve Global.

David Valentine, global sales director at SHL, says: “Peter will be responsible for leveraging SHL’s wealth of experience in helping organisations with restructuring, post-restructuring and employee engagement projects.  With his vast experience in managing client relationships on a range of global accounts, there is no doubt he will rise to the challenge.”
