Resourcers should not delete negative comments made about their company on social networking sites, blogs and other online content, says Kevin Blair, recruitment director EMEA at Oracle.

Blair told delegates at Smart Resourcing 2010: “Don’t delete negative content. It’s no longer real, it’s not authentic, and people will stop following you.  It’s still the same corporate crap on your website, and you are managing it in the same way.”
