Food and facilities management firm Sodexo, has appointed Scott Jarvis to the new post of director of transformation and resourcing.

Jarvis, who joined the company in March, takes charge of developing and delivering the organisation’s resourcing strategy, leading a team of eight recruiters.

Jarvis has previously held senior positions including head of resourcing and talent, and HR business partner at pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca.

Natalie Bickford, human resources director for Sodexo, UK and Ireland, says: “Scott brings with him a wealth of experience in managing and evolving dynamic people management and business development programmes. We are delighted to welcome him on board.”
