Spherion and hyphen, part of Spring Group, have established a strategic alliance to offer recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) on a global scale. The companies have joined forces to offer RPO solutions to clients’ across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

The recruitment teams will be based at Spherion’s main recruitment centres in the US and hyphen’s regional centres in the UK, Europe and Asia. Clients will have access to a wide range of recruitment services offered by both companies, including applicant tracking, assessment technology and real-time reporting for all RPO engagements.
