Multi-sector recruiter The SR Group, comprising SR Search, Taylor Root, Frazer Jones, Carter Murray, Brewer Morris and Parker Wells, has appointed Nick Holt as a partner to head up SR Search.

Holt joins from legal recruiter Global Legal Search, where he has been a partner for the last five years.

Holt was formerly managing partner of KLegal, a founding partner of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ London office and in-house at Smith New Court and Jardine Matheson in London and Hong Kong.

Nick Root, partner at Taylor Root, told Recruiter: “We are excited by this. Nick is a serious player in the national legal recruiter search market. He is a name in the UK but also he spent many years in Asia. He has that great international flavour to his background. It is a great hire for us.”
