Human capital management solutions provider StepStone has agreed a deal with Philips to use its ETWeb talent and performance management platform.

Human capital management solutions provider StepStone has agreed a deal with Philips to use its ETWeb talent and performance management platform.

The system, which will be rolled out to 45,000 Philips employees across more than 60 countries, will help plan, manage and evaluate employees’ performance and development. It also integrates a talent management module to manage staff health and well-being and track internal talent, while also identifying and developing future leaders.

Colin Tenwick, chief executive of StepStone, says: “Our talent management solution has met Philips’s global requirements and is aligned to the company’s people, processes and business goals. Through close co-operation, we’ve helped Philips manage and track its talent, and support its aim to be a leader in the health and well-being industry.”
