Financial recruiter AFR Consulting has appointed Tammy Smith as a director following a board reshuffle. Smith joins joins Simon Speak and Phil Scott on the board of the company.

Adam Lunney, a fomer director who was partly responsible for establishing AFR Consulting alongside Simon Speak and Phil Scott in 2004, has left the company to pursue other career interests.

AFR director, Simon Speak, said: “Tammy has displayed director potential since day one and we welcome her to the board. She will build on the excellent work we have done over the last four years in growing our qualified and part-qualified markets, as well as continuing to grow our clerical finance division.”
