Right4staff has changed the status of its temps, making them flexible employees, following the footsteps of other large agencies.

The change means they are guaranteed certain standards of employment such as a disciplinary procedure and notice periods.

Right4staff has also launched its first dedicated hospitality desk at its branch in Alfreton, Derbyshire. The pilot scheme will cover Derby, Leicester and Nottingham. Branch manager Scott Kempin told Recruiter: "We plan to play it steady and build a reputation."
