Thought for the day: Create an emotional attachment to your employee brand

Resourcers have been urged to create an ‘emotional attachment’ to their employee brand by Matthew Jeffery, global director of talent brand Electronic Arts.
Jeffery told delegates at last week’s Smart Resourcing 2010 conference at London’s Millennium Mayfair: “Companies used to control the message, but there is a cultural revolution affecting recruitment. A brand is a personal gut feeling, and the goal is to create an emotional attachment.”
