Global executive search firm Transearch International has opened a new office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The team is headed by Ezequiel Conesa and Carlos Gil, who are co-managing partners in the office.

Conesa has an HR consulting background and more than 10 years’ experience in executive search having previously worked with the Argentinian-based international HR consulting firm Belise Group.

Gil has a business development background having previously worked for Unilever, Citibank and Prudential in marketing and sales positions. Gil subsequently started his own search practice before co-founding the office in Argentina. He specialises in telecommunications, entertainment and mining.
