Driving, logistics and commercial recruiter Innov8 has opened for business today.

The firm will operate from a site near Butterfield Business and Technology Park, Luton, while London operations will be conducted from Finchley Road, Barnet.  

Innov8 is to offer its customers £500 cashback to companies that use its services at the end of the year.  

Adrien Bray, managing director, told Recruiter that he was opening for business now in spite of the recession, as he saw the demand for drivers as still very busy, and adds that tenacity is the key to success.

“There are a lot of agencies opening the doors and closing again because it depends on your business recipe. Tenacity in a person is a real success story. The ability to sell, the ability to service and the most important thing to realise in a recession is the ability to be flexible on rates and show the client you are not fleecing them.”
