Vienna is the top city for the best quality of living, according to the Mercer 2010 Quality of Living Survey.

Zurich and Geneva follow in second and third position, respectively, while Vancouver and Auckland are joint fourth in the rankings.

The index has been revised this year and now covers 221 cities, compared to 215 last year.
