Voyager Software sales underlines recruitment strength

New business sales at recruitment solutions provider Voyager Software are up over 50% in the period from July 2010 to January 2011.

New business sales at recruitment solutions provider Voyager Software are up over 50% in the period from July 2010 to January 2011.

Despite GDP slipping by 0.5% in the final quarter of last year, according to the company November was the best month in Voyager’s history with Q1 2011 looking set to be equally as buoyant.

Year-to-date operating profits are up 41% on a like-for-like basis, and with a strong sales pipeline the next few months look promising for both Voyager and and its customers.

Paul Thompson, sales director at Voyager Software, says: “Our customers have always been an eclectic group of people and recent months show the widest range of sectors, deployment options and funding methods.

“Over the last quarter we’ve seen Voyager deployed to Brazil, France, UAE, Dubai and Spain. But UK sales have also been strong, and that is a clear indication that many recruiters now have the confidence to invest.”
