Executive search consultancy Warren Partners has reported a turnover of £2.8m for the year 2005/06, and profit has increased by 37%.

It says the appointment of Vicky Lawton as operations director has driven efficiencies within the business and, reflecting its commitment to invest in people, Warren Partners has promoted a number of assignment managers to associate researcher level. The recruitment of additional consultant directors also contributed to the firm’s record-breaking profit margin.
