Four in 10 employers believe that their staff are more productive now than pre-recession, a survey by jobs board CareerBuilder finds.
Four in 10 employers believe that their staff are more productive now than pre-recession, a survey by jobs board CareerBuilder finds.
However, 36% of employers also feel that their workers are experiencing burnout.
Tony Roy, president of CareerBuilder for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, says: “The recession produced consequences not just for those who lost their jobs, but also for the employees who had to complete their work as well as taking on much more as a result of leaner staffs.”
