Workers are more loyal to themselves than their boss or their team, according to new research by Monster.

The job board’s latest survey shows that 33% of European workers are most loyal to themselves, while ‘my team’ follows closely behind on 32%.

Just 10% of workers questioned said they were loyal to their boss above all else, while 6% suggested they were loyal to no one.
“With so many new opportunities available, it’s not surprising that many people feel that their loyalties should lie with themselves,” comments Kai Deininger, head of marketing communications, Monster Europe.
