Workplace Law launches recruitment division
Workplace Law, which provides advice, training and consulting services in employment law, health and safety, environmental management and premises management, has launched a new recruitment division.
Workplace Law Recruitment recruits across the facilities management, HR, and health and safety sectors. The new venture is based at the firm’s London and Cambridge offices, and will be headed up by managing consultant Neil McDiarmid, who has over 12 years’ recruitment experience with IT specialists Montreal Associates and global player Randstad.
McDiarmid says: “Working at Randstad I played a key role in the launch of their Cambridge office for the Construction, Property and Engineering division and this gave me a real desire to start something up myself. With this in mind I knew that Workplace Law is always looking at ways to add value to their clients and customers so I approached them with my idea and WPL Recruitment was born.”
Ben Daft, marketing director for Workplace Law Group, adds: “What the recruitment division of Workplace Law Group will offer above and beyond traditional recruitment companies in this field is a genuine expertise and understanding of the market and the challenges faced by those involved.
“We are confident that we can use this knowledge to provide another indispensable service to all of our members. And we have vacancies to fill already.”
