Is your company hot? Send us your entries now
Profit matters - and Recruiter’s Hot 100 is the list to be seen on when it comes to demonstrating the combined powers of productivity, efficiency and great recruitment practice.
In the 10 November issue, Recruiter will publish the 2010 Hot 100, which lists the UK recruitment companies with the greatest gross profit per employee.
Leading research company Agile Intelligence will again this year undertake the analysis and create this list.
To be included in the Hot 100 reflects well on your company’s peformance in a highly competitive market and on its management. Being listed on the Hot 100 draws attention to your company as an attractive investment option, or as a vibrant company to partner with, or simply to build community confidence in your product.
If your company did not feature in the 2009 Hot 100, but you would like for it to be considered this year, it must meet the following criteria:
- Gross profit (net fees): at least £1.5m
- Employees: at least 30 in 2008 but will accept a drop to 20 in 2009 given market contraction
- Gross profit/average employee: at least £40k.
If your company meets or exceeds those criteria, send your latest available audited accounts (no older than 2009) and ensure turnover is also disclosed, completely with clear evidence of gross profit (net fee income) and answer the questions below (this should include prior year comparisons):
- What are your average employee numbers?
- What percentage of your gross profit derives from permanent placement?
- What are your three main candidate sectors, ordered by size of gross profit?
- What proportion of gross profit derives from public sector?
The deadline to receive entries is 29 July 2010.
