Jobsite YourFoodJob.com has agreed two new sponsors for its inaugural People Awards, presented in association with Recruiter.

Recruitment marketing and communications agency Blackbridge and food industry recruitment firm Focus Management Consultants will respectively sponsor the Best Employer Brand Development and Team of the Year categories at the awards, to be held on 6 November in Manchester.

The awards shortlist was announced in October’s Recruiter magazine and includes the top companies within the food industry in the country.

According to judge Cath Possamai, director of internal resourcing at Capita, one of the most competitive categories was the Most Innovative Recruitment Initiative, which she calls a “really a good example of fresh thinking in the industry”. Hear what she has to say in full in the video below:
