Australian and Asia-Pacific HR and managed services and resourcing firm Harrier has appointed Paula Baskus as director of managed services.

Baskus has more than 17 years of recruitment solutions experience, including delivering an early recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution for healthcare firm Johnson & Johnson Medical in 1996, and later founding talent management provider Talent2.She was most recently RPO firm Alexander Mann Solutions’ managing director for Asia-Pacific.

Harrier resourcing director and founder Bruce McCowan comments: “This strategic appointment, together with Harrier’s considerable experience in delivering managed services to the mining and oil & gas industries, will drive growth and enable us to broaden our services into other industry sectors.”
