Newstime Africa reports that a proposed 146km railway line between South Africa and Swaziland will both reduce the cost of doing business between the two countries, as well as create a substantial number of jobs.
Meanwhile, the chief executive of solar industry consultancy SolarPlaza says that at least 29,000 jobs should be created in the installation phase of government plans to create large solar power facilities across the country by 2014.
