Thought leaders and best practice from the world of in-house recruitment will be showcased in Recruiter’s Smart Resourcing 2013 Conference at The King’s Fund in London’s Cavendish Square on 28 February next year.

Roopesh Panchasra, recruitment director at Expedia, will chair the day. Speakers include: Ryan Broad, global head of recruitment, The Moving Picture Company; Andy Hill, vice president talent and resourcing, Invensys; Isabelle Hung, global head of talent acquisition, Alexander Mann Solutions; Sue LaVerne, managing director business services, E.ON UK; and Paul Modley, head of recruitment for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Also confirmed: Lynda Price, head of resourcing, Lloyds TSB; Adrian Thomas, head of resourcing, Network Rail; Royal Air Force Group Captain Ian Tolfts, who heads RAF recruiting; Cath Possamai, director of internal resourcing, Capita; and Jonathan Young, head of international workforce strategy, analytics & talent acquisition, Lockheed Martin.

Further speakers will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Topics to be addressed include growing a global recruitment team, onboarding and engaging the C-suite in recruitment strategy, which will draw on global insights from a range of organisation from across the public and private sectors.
