Built environment recruiter CDI AndersElite has appointed Graeme Lingenfelder as the divisional manager of its London construction and engineering division, which is staffed by four new hires.

Lingenfelder was previously a director of technical recruiter RGB Network and most recently was head of mining at global energy recruiter Spencer Ogden.

Newly-appointed senior consultant Kevin Hopkinson joins from Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering. Further new hires, consultants Ben Bright, Melissa Thomas and Shaun Thwaites, arrived at the company from New Zealand technical agency Rob Law Maxrecruitment, Hays and Rullion Engineering,  respectively.
