Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has signed a new five-year contract continuing and expanding on an existing resourcing solutions deal with defence, security and aerospace giant BAE Systems.

The new contract comes into effect on 1 January, and builds on the contract already held by AMS with BAE by adding executive-level recruitment to its responsibilities for recruitment of permanent staff in the UK.
