Baddeley to chair Harvey Nash

Recruitment and outsourcing group Harvey Nash will move senior independent non-executive director Julie Baddeley to the role of non-executive chairman with effect from the close of its 2013 AGM.

Recruitment and outsourcing group Harvey Nash will move senior independent non-executive director Julie Baddeley to the role of non-executive chairman with effect from the close of its 2013 AGM.

Baddeley, also chair of the remuneration committee, joined the group in September 2011, and also holds non-executive roles at bakers Greggs and venture capital trust Chrysalis VCT.Next year’s AGM will also see Ian Davis, currently an independent non-executive director, and also chair of the audit committee, will add the word senior to the front of his job title.
