The recruitment industry will be well represented in Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother, with a recruitment director and the nephew of a chief executive of a recruitment firm.

Gareth Thomas is the director of newly-founded legal recruiter Sean Smith Associates, while Toni Cocozza, chief executive of IT recruiter DP Connect, sees her nephew Frankie, famous for his X Factor exploits, enter the house.

Thomas is more famous as the former Wales rugby captain, having been capped more than 100 times for his country. Sean Smith Associates specialises on placing civil, criminal and commercial legal professionals across England and Wales, as well as diversity recruitment.

Celebrity Big Brother specialises in placing a diverse range of individuals across the British tabloid media - as a result of locking them up together in a house for over three weeks.
