Stephen Kyjak-Lane has moved from hotel management into the hospitality staffing industry, becoming general manager at recruitment firm Calibre International.

Stephen Kyjak-Lane has moved from hotel management into the hospitality staffing industry, becoming general manager at recruitment firm Calibre International.

He has 33 years of hotel management experience, including roles as general manager at Lancaster London and the K West Hotel & Spa, and will be “responsible for staff welfare and positivity, as well as winning new business and gaining a significantly larger marketshare for the company”, which currently provides to over 100 employers, and is looking to double this figure in the next year, according to a Calibre statement.
