Mon, 25 Mar 2013Spring Professional, the professional recruitment arm of Adecco Group, has launched into the Asia region with new offices in Hong Kong, and the respective capitals of Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand, and an expansion of its existing Singapore base.

The company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adecco, will operate as Spring Information Technology and Spring Engineering, focusing on middle to senior-level management and specialist recruitment.

Adecco Asia chief executive officer Christophe Duchatellier says: “The launch of Spring Professional across Asia is timely, with an increasing demand from organisations seeking to identify experienced talent in the areas of information technology and engineering.”

The new operations will be directed by Bradley Miller from Hong Kong as managing director of North-East Asia. He joined from a role as MD of recruiter Advantage Professional in Hong Kong last September. Serge Shine, who joined from Michael Page Singapore in October 2012, remains based in the city state, taking the equivalent role for South-East Asia.

Adecco group already operates a professional staffing offering in Japan through VSN, which it acquired early last year.
