Recruitment services provider Ochre House has been granted a three-year extension on its talent management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) deal with telecoms provider Telefónica UK.

Recruitment services provider Ochre House has been granted a three-year extension on its talent management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) deal with telecoms provider Telefónica UK.
The new contract sees a re-structure of Ochre House’s on-site team, a new strategic resourcing team created to focus on business-critical roles and greater engagement at senior levels to ensure talent pooling is aligned to business needs.
Ochre House has also taken ownership of the preferred supplier list (PSL) process.
The firms have worked together for the past four years.
