Social recruiting expert Matt Alder, a judge for the 2013 Recruiter Awards for Excellence, sponsored by Eploy, says that social media can be a “level playing field” for agencies and in-house recruiting teams of different sizes and budgets to compete on.

Social recruiting expert Matt Alder, a judge for the 2013 Recruiter Awards for Excellence, sponsored by Eploy, says that social media can be a “level playing field” for agencies and in-house recruiting teams of different sizes and budgets to compete on.
He says this became evident through the various categories he judged at the awards – but also noted one area in which those with potentially greater financial resources do have an advantage.
