Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has taken on Michelle Bonoan as partner within its education & social enterprise practice based in Los Angeles.

She was previously managing director of Los Angeles search firm Diversified Search and comes to Heidrick with 15 years’ search experience.

Before working in executive recruitment, she worked for a manufacturing firm, overseeing training programmes, and has worked in sales and marketing in a petroleum equipment company.
