Interim management provider Interim Partners has taken on Adam Kyriacou as senior director.

Based in the London office, his remit is to grow the business and specifically develop the firm’s offering in the growing market for legal recruiters.

This includes sourcing interim roles such as chief operating officers, chief finance officers and procurement directors, opportunities that are opening up in the wake of the Legal Services Act. The Act came into effect last year and allows non-lawyers to take more senior roles in legal firms.

Kyriacou joins from recruiter Hudson, where he worked for the past eight years and was most recently managing director for the marketing & communications, sales, legal and supply chain & procurement sectors.

He was also previously at recruiter Michael Page.
