Mon, 8 Apr 2013The head of recruitment at the Royal Air Force (RAF) says he was inspired by the constant attempts at innovation among entrants to the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2013, sponsored by Eploy.

Group Captain Ian Tolfts was a judge for the awards this year, and was speaking to Recruiter at the judging day in London earlier this year. Hear his assessment of what he learnt from the day in this video:
