IT and engineering recruiter Roc Search has taken on Ricky Burns in the role of sales trainer, based in their Central London office.

Burns started his career in recruitment in 2004 with Orgtel, part of the SThree group, founding his own business, IT and SAP recruiter Globeq, in 2009.

He says that with the company set to open two European offices in the next 12 months, “the training department is very busy”.

Burns adds: “We have just opened a London office and will be opening two European offices in the next 12 months.”

The company also appointed an internal training manager based in its Reading headquarters earlier this year.
